  • The minimum credit score to qualify for a loan is 620.
  • There are adequate funds to cover the full cost of rehabilitation. Both the LTC and ARV LTV caps are set at 95% and 75%, respectively.
  • There is no requirement for borrowers to have any kind of background in real estate investing.
  • Financing can cover intangible expenses like contractor fees, contingency fees, and building permits.
  • Borrowers who meet the requirements can access substantial funding for property rehabilitation.
  • Interest reserves are an option for borrowers.
  • For savvy buyers, we provide an optional interior DVI. At least three completed flips, builds, or rental properties over the preceding three years qualify a person as an experienced investor.
